We have a crazy squirrel that lives in our yard. We named him Parker, because he does parkour off of literally every single surface he comes in contact with, and frequently loves to roleplay as a pinball ball in one of our bushes.
Parker also loves to eat at our bird feeder. Despite the title of this piece, I refuse to say that Parker is stealing, because in this house we love all animals and I’m happy that he’s getting food.
Surprise twist! Spring has come around and after weeks of worrying about Parker’s whereabouts, he’s been spotted with two babies. Male squirrels don’t raise their young, so it turns out Parker is a girl AND a proud mama.
