How the founding father would truly want to be portrayed.
The image for this popped into my head, fully formed, but with all the little critters as frogs. I quickly realized it would be much more fun with a more diverse cast of little buddies (according to the internet, the original classic painting actually features people from a few different backgrounds/cultures, which you can tell by their clothing and hats!). If you were one of the people who stopped and gave suggestions/feedback on which critters to include while I was sketching this out at the Kensington Park Fair - thanks so much! You can see I included as many of the suggestions as I could (and to the lady who suggested a moth and I was uncertain if he would fit - you were absolutely right! Just look at that little cutie!)
